Ministerial nominees drawn from across the country, who have been engaged in a two-day retreat planned by the Presidency, are rounding up today. The nominees who were addressed by the Secretary to the Federal Government, Boss Mustapha shortly after President Buhari performed the opening ceremony are reported to have spent at least seven hours duscussing the direction on the first day. Mustapha had urged the appointees who gathered for the brainstorming session to focus intently on the objectives of the present administration Meanwhile, all is now set for the swearing in ceremony of the ministerial appointees. The ceremony is expected to take place Wednesday at the Presidential Villa in the federal capital. A total of 12 returning ministers, including Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi and Dr Ogbonnaya Onu who were part of the old team are to take the oath of office when the ceremony tees off to a start. They would be joined by the new comers who are expected to bring new blood and some vibrancy to the performance of the administration.
